DRINKS

Please remember to drop off your drink donations no later than tomorrow morning. If you are unable to drop off your drink donation please consider a monetary donation so that we can pick up the drinks that we still need. Venmo: @BurntHickoryLakes-SwimTeam

MEET INFO: HOME MEET -MAY 26

Please arrive no earlier than 4:30pm, unless you are helping set up. We will warm up at 5:00pm sharp. The meet will start at 6:00pm sharp. Theme: Swimming in Paradise

PARKING is available on Thornapple Lane PAST Peppergrass Trail - please park only on the right side (pool side) and note the NO PARKING signs. Absolutely NO parking in people's yards. If you turn on Peppergrass Trail, please drive down and turn around to park on the right side (pool side) as if you are leaving the neighborhood. Leave sufficient space at stop signs and corners and please do not park in the pool house driveway in order to allow parking for KONA ICE. See the parking map for clarity. 

THINGS TO BRING: 
-Towels, team swimsuit, cap and goggles
-lawn chairs/blankets
-print your own heat sheet (especially bull pen volunteers)
-black sharpie to mark your swimmer's arm (if you need help, find a Junior Coach!)
-small goodie bag for your buddy (SEE BUDDY LIST ATTACHED BELOW)

CONCESSIONS

We will have full concessions. See menu attached. We will accept cash and Venmo. Please support BHL Swim Team!
We will also have Kona Ice.

MANDATORY VOLUNTEER MEETING @ 5:45pm
Timers, Starters, Announcer and Place Judges for 1st and 2nd half must be present for the OFFICIALS meeting at 5:45pm.

Please come ready to represent our team well. This includes good sportsmanship, cleanliness and patience. Please watch your kids and make sure they stay out of the baby pool, the deep end and slide. Remember kids are not allowed on the tennis courts, basketball courts or playground.
